Welcome to Kamlatech 3D Print. By accessing https://3dprint.kamlatech.in and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By uploading an STL file, creating an order, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Use of Service

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account login used to access our platform.
• Usage Limits: To ensure fair access to our printers, users are limited to a maximum of 5 file uploads per order and a maximum quantity of 10 units per file.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the 3D designs (STL files) you upload or have obtained all necessary licenses to print them. Kamlatech 3D Print prohibits the printing of:

• Objects that infringe on third-party intellectual property or patents.
• Illegal items, including but not limited to weapons, weapon parts, or drug paraphernalia.
• Obscene or offensive materials.

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel any order that we believe violates these standards.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Our online system provides an Instant Quote based on analysis of geometry of STL file. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a technical error in the software results in a clearly incorrect or "zero" price calculation.

5. Production and Quality

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing involves building parts layer by layer. You acknowledge that:

• Visible layer lines and minor surface variations are a standard characteristic of this technology.
• The strength and finish of the part depend heavily on the geometry of your provided file.
• Final colors may vary slightly from the digital representations on your screen.

6. Payment and Fulfillment

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Orders will only enter the production queue once payment is confirmed. For local pickups paid via UPI, production begins only after manual verification of the transaction to kamlatech@kotak.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kamlatech 3D Print shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our printed parts. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
