We currently offer shipping services across India. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad.
A standard shipping and handling fee of ₹99 INR is included in your instant quote at the time of checkout. This fee covers packaging and delivery to your provided address.
If you prefer to pick up your order personally from our Chandkheda location, please feel free to connect and schedule a pickup slot.
Since our online portal currently focuses on file processing and payment, we require you to send your complete shipping address via email to [email protected] immediately after placing your order. Please ensure you include your Order ID in the subject line. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by missing or incorrect address information. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee and additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an update email. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
If your 3D print arrives damaged due to transit, please take a clear photograph of the packaging and the damaged item and email it to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
We is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please: Check with neighbors or building management - Contact the shipping carrier directly - File a report with local authorities if necessary
